Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made within this window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which covers processing and administrative costs already incurred.

After 24 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled, as they enter processing and fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies instead (see below).

To request a cancellation, contact us at tryeverpad@yahoo.com within 24 hours of placing your order, including your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Everpad™ is backed by a 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 180 days of delivery at tryeverpad@yahoo.com with your order number, and we'll process a full refund. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 14 Business Days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
